I purchased a L'Oréal Paris skincare product just two days ago, trusting the brand’s reputation and expecting a safe experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge mistake. Despite not having particularly dry skin, after using the product for just two days, my face became extremely dry, tight, and irritated.
My skin feels like it’s burning, and no moisturizer seems to help. Some areas have started to peel, and I honestly don’t know what to do to soothe it. The issue didn’t stop at my face—my lips also dried out completely, and they now feel stiff and flaky, like a hardened shell.
It’s incredibly disappointing to pay ₺300+ for a product that causes more harm than good. I bought it thinking it would nourish and protect, but it has done nothing but damage my skin barrier.
L'Oréal, this product has caused visible harm, and I strongly urge you to address this issue. You need to be more transparent about how your formulas affect different skin types. I expect a response, compensation, and clearer guidance moving forward. Stop overhyping a product that clearly doesn’t work for everyone.
