L’Oréal Paris Eye Serum Caused Persistent Under-Eye Swelling Issue

I have been using a L’Oréal Paris eye serum, and about 1–2 weeks after I began applying it, I developed swelling under my eyes. This swelling has continued for about two months, and I believe it is related to the product because I did not make any other changes to my routine during this period. Although the swelling is under my eyes and has been bothering me for a long time, I have not yet consulted a doctor, but I am quite worried and disturbed by this situation. I expect L’Oréal Paris to take this complaint seriously, explain how such a reaction could occur, and examine the product if necessary. In this context, I request that any potential medical expenses related to this problem be covered, that I receive a clear explanation about the cause and safety of the product, and that an apology be issued for the negative experience I have had.
