I experienced a severe skin reaction after applying the L’Oréal Paris Moisturizing and Sun Protection cream for the very first time. Just two minutes after application, my face started burning and stinging intensely. I was shocked because I have used many different sunscreen brands before and never had such a reaction. I bought this product to protect my skin from the sun, but instead it caused irritation and discomfort. Thankfully, I didn’t apply it around my eyes, otherwise the situation could have been even worse.
The product claims to be dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested, yet my experience says otherwise. I immediately washed my face thoroughly with plenty of water and soap, but the burning sensation has continued, leaving me distressed and unsure of what to do next. I am disappointed and regret purchasing this cream, especially since I paid a premium expecting reliable sun protection and skin care.
I request that L’Oréal investigate this product’s formula, provide clarification on why such reactions occur, and offer a refund or replacement. Consumers should be able to trust that a skincare product marketed as protective will not harm their skin. I expect an urgent response and a solution to prevent others from experiencing the same issue.
