I’ve been a loyal user of L'Oréal Elseve products for years and have always trusted the brand. Because of that trust, I often try new items in the Elseve line. However, I was incredibly disappointed with the most recent product I purchased—L'Oréal Paris Elseve Dream Long Bye Bye Trim Hair Cream (200 ml).
The texture feels completely off, the scent isn’t what I’m used to, and worst of all, it doesn’t perform like your other products. It left my hair feeling heavy and dull instead of smooth and nourished. These inconsistencies have made me question whether the product I received is even genuine.
I’m asking L'Oréal to help verify the authenticity of this product. I’m happy to provide photos, the barcode, or the serial number if needed. I paid ₺ expecting high quality and consistency—not doubts about what I’m putting on my hair. Please respond promptly and assist in confirming whether this item is original or not. I truly hope this was just a one-time issue and not a sign of deeper problems with product control or counterfeits reaching customers.
