I recently used the Elseve shampoo with special oils, and from the very first washes, it caused extreme itching and heavy flaking on my scalp. I’m highly dissatisfied with the product and had to stop using it immediately. This wasn’t my first negative experience with the brand either — I previously tried another Elseve shampoo and experienced hair loss and dandruff back then as well.
I now believe there is a serious issue with the ingredients in these formulas, especially for people with sensitive skin or scalp conditions. It’s incredibly disappointing to spend money on a product that not only fails to deliver results but also makes the situation worse.
I’m requesting a full refund for this product and expect L’Oréal to re-evaluate the formulation of the Elseve line. Customers should not have to deal with discomfort and worsening hair health from a trusted global brand. Please address this issue promptly.
