Longchamp Order Delayed—No Shipping Update or Customer Support Response

I placed an order for a Longchamp product a week ago, but I still haven’t received any update on its status. The item has not been shipped, and despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, no one is responding.
I trusted Longchamp Türkiye as an official and reliable site, but now I’m seriously questioning its legitimacy. They took the payment from my account, confirmed my order, yet I have received zero updates about when it will be shipped. No tracking, no delivery estimate—nothing!
Longchamp, this is unacceptable. Either ship my order immediately or provide a full refund. If I don’t get a response soon, I will escalate this issue further. Has anyone else experienced this?
