I Ordered a Longchamp Bag a Month Ago but Got No Delivery or Refund
I ordered a Longchamp product over a month ago through the so-called "Longchampions Türkiye" website, thinking it was an official and trustworthy source. Unfortunately, I’ve been completely let down. Not only has my order still not been shipped, but I also haven’t received a refund for the ₺ I paid.
What’s worse is the complete lack of communication. I’ve sent hundreds of emails trying to get an update or at least a response—nothing. No one replies, no tracking number is provided, and there’s no phone number to reach real customer support. It's like they vanished after taking my money.
I feel deceived and extremely frustrated. This level of service is unacceptable from a brand that claims to care about its customers. I demand an immediate refund or the product I paid for without further delay. Longchamp must take responsibility for this and fix it now.
