Long-champs.com Delayed My Orders and Ignored My Emails
On October 23, 2024, I placed two orders on the website long-champs.com.tr. It’s been over a month, and my orders are still marked as pending. I received an order confirmation email, and the payment was successfully taken from my credit card, but the items were never delivered.
Despite reaching out multiple times via the site and email, I’ve received no response or update about my orders. This lack of communication and service is unacceptable. I demand either the immediate delivery of my products or a full refund. Customers should not have to deal with such unprofessional behavior. Longchamp needs to address this issue and improve their support system urgently.
