I Ordered a Longchamp Bag but It Was Marked Delivered Without Reaching Me

I placed an order for a Longchamp product a month ago, and to this day, I haven’t received it. What’s even more frustrating is that when I checked the tracking number provided, it shows the item was “delivered” to my address. But nothing ever arrived at my door.

The delivery timestamp claims the package was dropped off at 5 a.m.—completely unrealistic. No one delivers that early, and I certainly didn’t receive anything. There was no knock, no note, no parcel. I’ve waited patiently, but now I feel completely misled and ignored.

This kind of misleading delivery information makes me question the reliability of Longchamp and whoever handles their shipping. I want my ₺ refunded immediately or the product I actually paid for delivered properly. This needs urgent attention and a real explanation from the company.
