Longchamp Order Not Shipped & No Response
I placed an order for a Longchamp bag on November 22, but there has been no movement on my order since. On top of that, I was charged an extra ₺300 due to exchange rate differences, bringing the total to ₺2700 on my credit card. Despite multiple emails, I have received no response from the company.
After further investigation, I contacted the official Longchamp brand, and they confirmed that there is no official Longchamp website in Turkey. This is deeply concerning, and I have already reported the issue to my bank for a review. I demand an immediate refund! Has anyone else experienced this? Longchamp, respond and resolve this now!
