Longchamp Order Still Undelivered Since October 31 – No Response from Support
I placed an order for a Longchamp product on October 31, 2024, and despite making a smooth payment, I have yet to receive my purchase. There has been no progress or updates on the delivery status, and attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered. It’s incredibly frustrating to see no communication or effort to resolve this issue. I regret not reading similar complaints earlier, and I urge others to think twice before ordering. I am left unsure of what to do next and demand that Longchamp provide an immediate solution by either delivering my order promptly or issuing a refund. This level of service is unacceptable for such a reputable brand.
