Logitech G502 X Plus Has Charging and Button Issues After Warranty Repair
I have been experiencing long-standing and recurring issues with my Logitech G502 X Plus mouse that I purchased from MediaMarkt. The product has serious defects that directly affect my usage, including charging problems, the left button randomly double-clicking by itself, and the right button getting stuck while pressed. I previously experienced similar issues about a year ago and spent a significant amount of effort trying to resolve them through the warranty process, but the product has failed again.
When the problem occurred, I first contacted MediaMarkt, and they directed me to Logitech customer support. Logitech tried to assist me through a foreign support team using translation, and then directed me to Logitech’s Turkish representative, Penta, for further assistance. However, when I called Penta, I received an automated message telling me to “try again later,” and I was unable to reach any representative or receive support.
I am being forced to spend hours calling different companies, filling out forms, and still being unable to get a resolution just to create a warranty repair request and start the process. Whether I contact the retailer that sold the product or the company that manufactured it, I should be able to receive clear and effective support. However, I currently do not see a solution-oriented approach from either side.
I request that the product be inspected under warranty and repaired, or if it cannot be repaired, replaced with an identical fully functional product. I expect both MediaMarkt and Logitech to provide a clear, accessible, and solution-focused warranty support process instead of making customers go through such a difficult experience.
