I purchased the Origins gel moisturizer expecting great results, but it has been a total disappointment. After the second use, I experienced severe burning, itching, and small pimples all over my face, which were clear signs of an allergic reaction. I immediately stopped using the product and reached out to the company via email, hoping they would address the issue and stand behind their highly praised product.
Unfortunately, I have received no response or support from Origins, which is incredibly frustrating. For such an expensive product with a strong reputation, this experience has been a major letdown. I expected much better service and quality. I urge the company to take responsibility and provide a solution.
