LiveCareer Charged Me Again After One-Time CV Payment
I used LiveCareer to create a CV and paid the one-time fee as advertised. But 10 days later, I noticed that they charged me again—about $20 (₺ equivalent)—without any notice, confirmation, or permission. I never signed up for a subscription and did not authorize this second payment.
I immediately contacted both my bank and LiveCareer by email, but I haven’t received a proper response. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and feels like a sneaky way to take advantage of users.
Let me be clear — I will not let this go. This isn’t some lawless space where companies can take money and expect people to stay silent. I demand a full refund immediately, and I want all future charges stopped. Fix this now.
