LiveCareer Charged Me Again After One-Time CV Payment

I used LiveCareer to create a CV and paid the one-time fee as advertised. But 10 days later, I noticed that they charged... me again—about $20 (₺ equivalent)—without any notice, confirmation, or permission. I never signed up for a subscription and did not authorize this second payment. I immediately c
