Livecareer Charged Me After Closing My Account — I Want a Full Refund Now

I paid once on Livecareer.co.uk to create a CV — that’s all. I never agreed to any ongoing subscription or recurring charges. But shortly after, ₺713.54 was automatically withdrawn from my bank account without my approval. I immediately emailed to cancel my account, and I received confirmation that it had been closed.
Yet today, I was shocked to see another charge of ₺874 pulled from my account, even though my account was supposedly deleted. This is completely unacceptable. I did not authorize these payments and feel deceived by your billing practices.
I’m formally requesting a full refund of both charges and confirmation that my information has been completely removed from your system. Livecareer, fix this immediately and stop charging people after account closure.
