Little Caesars Staff Scolded Me for Asking to Eat In — Then Served Me $9 Worth of Terrible Pizza

Late tonight, at around 1:00 AM, I visited the Little Caesars Pizza branch in Cebeci, Dikimevi, Ankara, and ordered two pizzas and two drinks. Even though the branch was approaching closing time, no one warned me or mentioned that they were about to close.
About ten minutes later, I was told the pizzas were ready and had been packaged to go. When I said I wanted to eat in the restaurant and asked why they had packaged the order if they weren't closing yet, the staff responded by scolding me in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. On top of that, the pizzas that came out had barely any cheese on them — they were so poor in quality that they resembled dry bread more than actual pizza. I paid $9 for all of this.
Between the staff's rude treatment and the completely substandard food, I feel genuinely deceived. I am requesting that this branch be inspected, that appropriate sanctions be applied to prevent this kind of behavior from recurring, and that action be taken against a business that treats customers this way. I would also like to note that I intend to file a formal complaint about this experience with the Ministry of Trade.
