Little Caesars Delivered Ice-Cold Pizza and a Garlic Bread With a Hair Inside



Last night, while I had guests over, I placed an order around 2:00 AM through Yemeksepeti from Little Caesars. I chose a combo consisting of a medium pizza and garlic cheese bread. I specifically wrote in the notes section that I wanted extra garlic and extra tomato sauce — yet what arrived was completely dry, hollow bread with not even a trace of garlic on it. The pizza came ice cold. Both the quality and the temperature of the food fell far below expectations.
Because of this, my guests and I could only manage a single slice each, and at 2:00 AM we were forced to go out and find something else to eat. It was one of the worst food experiences of my life. To make things even worse, when I broke open the bread to show how empty it was, I found a mixed black-and-white beard hair inside — making this a serious hygiene concern on top of everything else.
When I contacted Yemeksepeti about the issue, they brushed me off by offering a coupon as if that were an adequate response, then ended the call before I had finished speaking. I received no genuine concern or attention from either Little Caesars or Yemeksepeti. My order number on Yemeksepeti is #t76d-2622-ugp8, and payment was made online by credit card.
I am filing this complaint against both Little Caesars and Yemeksepeti. I am requesting a full refund for the inedible items — including the one that contained a hair — and I want this complaint to be publicly visible so that others can read about what happened. This level of irresponsibility and disregard for basic hygiene is completely unacceptable.
