Little Caesars Sent Ruined Pizzas - Yemeksepeti Gave Me a Useless Voucher

I ordered a pair of medium-sized pizzas from Little Caesars Pizza and paid ₺340 online. When the courier arrived, I took the food and went inside since I had already paid. However, both pizzas were completely ruined. I immediately contacted Yemeksepeti Live Support. Despite requesting a voucher refund, they said, “Since you selected a voucher, we’re issuing the refund this way,” and gave me a ₺100 voucher. They even labeled it a “satisfaction voucher.” They're basically trying to get me to place a new order by offering just ₺100 for a ₺340 meal. To make matters worse, they ended the chat mid-conversation. When I opened a second request, they again ended the chat without even replying. I can’t even order a single pizza with ₺100, let alone two—I would have to pay extra out of pocket. And with every new order, Yemeksepeti profits again. There’s no sense of customer satisfaction here, and the food delivered was far below expectations. Not a single topping stayed in place on the pizzas, yet they claimed my photo wasn’t “taken in the moment.” The photo was taken right away, and the food really was in that condition. I’m not after the money or the food—I just want accountability. Instead, they treat me like I’m the one at fault and expect me to be satisfied with a refund worth less than 30% of what I paid.
