LinkedIn Charged Me After Cancellation Without Providing Support
I forgot to cancel my LinkedIn trial, and in October, approximately ₺1800 was charged to my account. Even though I canceled the subscription through the app, I was charged another ₺1800 in November. If I wanted to continue, I would have done so willingly, but this situation has left me feeling completely taken advantage of.
Now, I’m trying to cancel again via phone, but the system says I can only do it through Android or desktop, neither of which is currently accessible to me. How is this acceptable? There’s no customer service to reach out to for assistance. I demand an immediate resolution and a refund for these unauthorized charges. This system is unnecessarily frustrating and unfair!
