If you don’t have access to your LinkedIn account due to a two-step authentication (2FA) issue, you’re not alone. Fortunately, there are ways to recover access without losing your information:

• Go to the specific recovery form for verification issues:
https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/ask/TS-NAA
Select “I don’t have access to my two-step verification method.”

• Clearly explain the issue: whether you lost your phone, changed your number, or the authenticator app stopped working. Provide your login email and full name as it appears on your account.

• Attach a scanned ID document (national ID card, passport, or similar), as LinkedIn requires it to confirm account ownership.

• If you can still access your account from a browser where you’re logged in, disable two-step authentication from Settings > Sign in & Security.
