LinkedIn Won't Let Me Access My 14-Year-Old Account
I have been actively using my LinkedIn account for approximately 14 years, but I am now unable to access it even after resetting my password. After my old company phone was restored to factory settings, I was signed out of LinkedIn on all devices. For the past day and a half, I have been trying to sign back in through multiple web browsers and the LinkedIn app, but the system continuously fails and prevents me from accessing my account.
I still have full access to the email address associated with my account, [email protected]**, and I receive the verification codes sent by LinkedIn. I enter the codes correctly, but the system still displays a message indicating that I cannot sign in with this account. I have tried different browsers, the mobile app, completed the available identity verification steps, and even reset my password, but nothing has resolved the issue.
I have spent years building my professional network, managing job applications, and maintaining important business relationships through this account, so losing access would have a significant impact on my career. I request that LinkedIn contact me through the email address associated with my account, investigate why my account has become inaccessible, and, if necessary, manually verify my identity so that my account can be restored as soon as possible.
