LinkedIn Password Reset Stops After Verification Code

For approximately four months, I have been unable to reset the password for my LinkedIn account, which has left me completely unable to access my profile. When I submit a password reset request through the LinkedIn mobile app, I receive both the verification email and the security code. However, after entering the code, the process simply stops. My password is never updated, and I do not receive any error message or explanation about why the reset cannot be completed.

Because I rely on LinkedIn to manage my job search, this issue has caused significant disruption. I have been unable to monitor my job applications, respond to recruiters, or manage my professional network for an extended period of time.

I request that LinkedIn provide the necessary technical assistance to restore access to my account and resolve the password reset issue as soon as possible. I also ask LinkedIn to investigate why the password reset process stalls after the verification step and to provide a permanent solution so I can regain full access to my account.
