LinkedIn Password Reset Not Working on Samsung A56 — Stuck in Login Loop

For about a week now, I have been unable to access my LinkedIn account after switching to a new phone. Since I forgot my password, I tried to reset it multiple times. I receive the password reset code via email, and after entering it correctly, I expect to be taken to a page where I can create a new password. However, that page never appears, and I’m stuck in a loop — I can reset my password, but I can’t set a new one or log into my account.

I am using the LinkedIn mobile app on a Samsung A56 device, and I have a standard (free) membership. I also tried reaching out to LinkedIn customer service, but I have been unable to get any assistance so far.

My account email address is [email protected], and my name is H** İ****** H******.
I kindly request technical support to help me regain access to my LinkedIn account as soon as possible.
