I Can’t Access My LinkedIn Account After Failed ID Verification

I’m incredibly frustrated with LinkedIn right now. My account was suddenly restricted and then shut down for reasons I was never told. When I tried to verify my identity, all I received was a generic confirmation that my request had been submitted. No follow-up email, no update—just silence.

On top of that, I keep seeing a message telling me to verify my identity through my mobile device, but I can’t even access my account on the mobile app. The issue is exactly the same on both web and mobile platforms, leaving me completely locked out with no way forward.

This isn’t just an account—it’s my professional presence. I actively use LinkedIn for work, networking, and ongoing collaborations. Now I’m cut off from all of that, with zero help or response from LinkedIn.

I’ve searched everywhere for a real support channel or someone to contact, but there's absolutely nothing. LinkedIn, this is unacceptable. You need to take action immediately, review my verification request, and restore access to my account. This delay is hurting my career and damaging trust in your platform.
