I Can't Acess My LinkedIn Account for 5 Months

I have not been able to access my LinkedIn account for 5 months. When I try to log in, I am asked to verify my identity with Persona, even though I have already completed identity verification before. However, when I attempt this process, I receive the following error message: “You have already submitted a request. Please try again later.” and I cannot proceed. I submitted a support request to the LinkedIn support team regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. I also tried to contact you via X, but I did not get any reply there either. The email address registered to my account is: alka*******@gmail.com. My account was a free standard account, and I am experiencing this issue for the first time, but it has persisted for 5 months. I kindly request that my account be reopened and that I receive clear information regarding this matter.
