My account in Rise of Kingdoms is linked to an email address that has been compromised by unauthorized individuals. This poses a serious risk as I've invested a lot of time and money into this account. Despite reaching out to Lilith Games via Facebook to disconnect my email address, they have ignored my request. It's frustrating to see them assist others while neglecting to help me, applying double standards in customer service. I urgently need a resolution to this issue.
