LG 65c8pla OLED TV Keeps Turning Off

I purchased the LG 65c8pla OLED TV in 2020, and it suddenly shut down on its own, refusing to turn back on. The service team collected the product, claimed it had a mainboard issue, and demanded ₺4,900. After a week of waiting with no update, they informed me of scratches on the screen and a panel problem. When I handed over the TV, there were no such issues. Contacting LG customer service provided no resolution, stating that such problems could happen with OLEDs. They expressed helplessness, promised to inquire with relevant departments, and left me stranded. Frustrated with LG, I returned a brand-new Samsung due to its service, purchased another LG TV just two days ago, and now fear its reliability. It seems LG OLED TVs have a lifespan of only three years. The recently bought LG QNED TV is already causing concerns. LG fails to stand behind its products, leaving customers with high-priced, supposedly top-tier TVs that break within three years, and repairs seem impossible. The confidence in LG has dwindled, and those who trust their products should proceed with caution.
