It's been four months since I purchased an LG television, and the buttons on the remote control have already been erased. Despite the fact that I had paid a significant amount of money for LG's assurance, they informed me that the remote control had already passed its warranty period and offered no assistance. It feels like I was taken advantage of and victimized, but LG refuses to stand behind its products and services, forcing me to demand a replacement. I understand that mistakes happen, but such a simple transaction should be supported by some form of quality assurance. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has experienced this, and LG should realize that such behavior can lead to customer loss if it continues. As a result, I'm requesting a replacement remote control and an end to my victimization.
