LG TV Screen Burn-in After One Year—Replacement Request Denied
I purchased an LG TV one year ago, and now the screen has developed severe burn-in, making it unusable. When I contacted LG’s authorized service, they took the TV for inspection and repair, but they refused to replace it, despite this being a clear manufacturing defect.
I have owned other TVs from different brands, and none have ever developed this issue. This is not normal wear and tear—it is a faulty product that should be replaced under warranty.
Since LG refuses to take responsibility, I will be escalating this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board and Consumer Court. LG, I expect you to honor your warranty and replace my defective TV! I will pursue every legal option if this is not resolved.
