LG Washing Machine Leaves Clothes Wet, Poor Performance After Two Weeks
I purchased an LG washing machine less than two weeks ago, and I already regret it. The performance has been extremely disappointing from the start. At an 800 RPM spin cycle, clothes come out soaking wet. When I wring them by hand, water drips out.
When I used the dryer, the water tank filled to the brim, nearly overflowing because the clothes were too wet. Even on quick wash programs, the machine leaves clothes overly damp, and as the temperature decreases, so does the washing time.
When I raised these issues with customer service, they told my spouse, “It’s an inverter motor, don’t expect performance like older machines.” That response is unacceptable. I demand a proper solution to this issue immediately. A machine this expensive should perform much better.
Progress
It's been a month since I bought the LG washing machine, but I haven't been satisfied since the day I got it. It's like the makeshift objects we made in vocational training class when we were kids. I call for service, they don't come to the house, they give explanations and instructions over the phone. They say it's an inverter motor, or it's measuring the water's dirtiness, or I'm using low-quality softener. I'm a consumer, I don't have the chance to try this product in the store. The product that came to my house spins at 800 RPM, and you know, it leaves the clothes wet as if you washed them by hand. It doesn't have a high spin cycle in any program. Why should I spin it again? This thing doesn't burn water, and time is very important to me. It finishes the program early, claiming to measure the water's cleanliness, so why do the clothes come out dirty? I'm not satisfied. You didn't earn my money by working with me, yet you're forcing this machine on me. I don't have time to deal with this, I have a small child and a sick person to care for. I'm really fed up. Stay away from LG, and the seller insisted on an extended warranty. I have so much more to write, but...
