My LG Washing Machine Tears Clothes and Service Says There’s No Problem

Hello, we purchased an LG washing machine just 4 months ago, and it’s already damaging our clothes. It’s tearing fabric during normal cycles, and despite multiple complaints, no one is taking responsibility.

When the service team finally came, they charged us ₺700, only to say there was “no issue” with the machine. But if there’s nothing wrong, why are our clothes getting shredded? I’ve been using washing machines for 30 years, and this has never happened—until now, with LG.

This was our first time choosing LG, and we deeply regret it. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will never consider the brand again.

LG, I demand proper service and a permanent fix or machine replacement. You can’t just dismiss a clear defect while customers lose their clothing.
