This ongoing issue feels like a deliberate strategy to push unnecessary part replacements onto customers. I expected reliability from LG, but this experience has completely shattered my trust in the brand.
I demand a permanent solution to this problem. Either provide me with a fully functional replacement or refund my money. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not recommend LG products to anyone until this issue is resolved.
