LG Sirius 18000btu Air Conditioner Setup Incomplete, Customer Service Abysmal

I bought LG Sirius 18000btu air conditioner. Service setup is incomplete. They did not perform the "vacuuming" process written in the user manual. She said we did something called "sweeping" instead. As it is written in the user manual, vacuuming is essential for the performance and life of the device. I called the service and they came. They went back without measuring anything. I called LG. They said we will call you, but there is no caller or asking. Supposedly we bought a quality brand quality air conditioner. We paid twice as much as normal air conditioners. I won't even go near LG store from now on. They did not take responsibility by doing incomplete work to show their eyes.

The temperature inside is 30 degrees. The room is a very small room. The air conditioner is 18000 BTU, running at 18 degrees with the fan on full, and it takes an hour to bring the room to 24 degrees. This air conditioner should never be bought, friends; it's better to stay away from it.
