I Faced Installation Issues With My LG 12000 BTU Air Conditioner




I bought an LG 12,000 BTU air conditioner, and since the day I purchased it, I’ve been constantly facing issues with the service. The technicians who come either don’t know their job properly or leave after making basic mistakes. How can a service team forget essential steps like filling the gas or sealing the hole in the wall? I believe these mistakes are being made intentionally. Moreover, LG’s main office doesn’t step in to fix these installation problems and leaves the customer completely unsupported. Customer service keeps making excuses, saying things like “We’ll call you back today,” but no one ever follows up. You have to chase them constantly just to get the issue resolved. At this point, the only remaining option is legal action, and we have now decided to proceed through legal channels.
