LG Air Conditioner Fails to Heat Even in Turbo Mode

32

I purchased an LG air conditioner 4-5 months ago, but it has been completely ineffective at heating. Even in turbo mode, it struggles to warm up a small room, providing no noticeable performance. This experience with LG has been deeply disappointing, as I expected much better from the brand.

When I contacted customer service, they advised me to clean the upper filter, claiming it would solve the issue. I followed their instructions, but the problem persists—the air conditioner still does not heat as promised.

I demand an immediate solution to this issue. LG must either repair the unit properly or provide a replacement. Customers should not have to deal with such subpar performance from a premium product. Please address this promptly.
