LG Service Skipped Air Conditioner Vacuum Process

During the installation of the LG air conditioner I purchased, the crucial vacuuming process was skipped. Upon addressing this concern with the service team, they brushed it off, claiming that newer-generation air conditioners don't require it. However, as time passed, I noticed a decline in the air conditioner's cooling performance and discovered that the vacuuming process is indeed essential. I hereby formally request the replacement of the outdoor unit of my air conditioner with a new one. It has become evident that units operated without proper vacuuming will never reach their optimal capacity. Should my complaint remain unaddressed, I am prepared to escalate the matter, seeking resolution through the Consumer Arbitration Board.

No one has called yet for 5 days. I will be applying to the Consumer Arbitration Committee next week.

I had expressed my concern in my information request; Date: 12/09/2023 13:21 33 Then I was called by the service that did the installation and they stated that there was no problem with the product. (I later became sure that vacuuming is necessary when installing the air conditioner and it is a consumer right) Currently, the air conditioner is not working at all and the warning screen is on. Since it has been less than 6 months since I purchased the product, I am requesting a complete replacement with a new one due to the lack of vacuuming during installation and the current malfunction. I urgently await your response.
