LG OLED55C24LA TV Broke Down In 5 Months, Replacement Not Given

My television with the product code LG OLED55C24LA, which I bought in January 2023, turned off on May 16, 2023 and has not turned on again. The technical service arrived quickly and said that the panel was defective as fabrication, in a short time, and gave a "dealer replacement report". They said that the dealer will give you a new product with this report. The dealer said that he would not change the product due to inflation and increased prices and that he could refund the money that I've paid (there is a difference of 10,000 TL ($500) between the price I bought and the current price of the product). He told me to contact LG customer service for replacement. My report was sent to LG headquarters by the technical service. Headquarters, reached through LG customer service, simply said that the product was not in stock. Unbelievable, but they said nothing else. When I asked when it would arrive, a new request was opened and two days later, the customer representative who reached me said: "They say it can come this month or maybe it can come next month we don't know." I realized that LG doesn't care much about my suffering. Nobody tried to help in any way. I called again today and they said that "new model products" will be in stock this month. Customer representative said: "Maybe they can give you a new model product by paying the price difference, though I can't confirm it either." When I said I want my own model, they said: "I think it means that it won't come, according to what they wrote. Though I can't confirm it." Not being able to find a real interlocutor and not being taken serious, really makes you regret for your purchase. They don't know how frustrating an environment of uncertainty is for a customer who experiences a problem. As much as I was happy with the product, it is a terrible customer experience to be left unattended and to be charged extra money in the event of a malfunction. If the process takes longer, I'm thinking of going to court through our family lawyer. But is it really worth it? You upset people for problems that can be solved simply and very quickly but you choose to take their time. Thank you for taking the time to read.
