Gate.io Two-Factor Authentication Problem Prevents Account Access

I am a user from Türkiye, and I have been unable to log in to my Gate.io account for about 7–8 months. When I try to log in, I constantly receive a Google Authenticator code error, and therefore, I cannot access my account in any way. Because of this problem, I have approximately 60,000–70,000 TL worth of balance stuck in my Gate.io account. I have tried to contact Gate.io support and to resolve the issue through the system, but I could not complete the process successfully and did not achieve any result. I request that my Google Authenticator-related login problem be resolved, that my identity and account verification, if necessary, be completed, and that I regain access to my Gate.io account as soon as possible so that I can safely reach my balance.
