I was the leader of my Clash of Clans clan “Uzmanlar” (Level 23, clan tag #YUYJO**), which I built through years of hard work and dedication. On December 19, 2025, a player with the tag #LLY3RYL** joined the clan and told me that I could get a free background by visiting a site called “Supercell store info.” The website looked identical to the official Supercell Store.
After being redirected to this site, I received a code that appeared to come from Supercell, and trusting it, I entered the code. Shortly afterward, when I logged back into the game and checked the clan, I discovered that my leadership had been taken away and all clan members had been kicked out. The clan I spent years building to this level was effectively stolen from me by this person.
The clan is now under the control of the same player and has been closed, meaning neither I nor the former clan members can access it. My in-game username is “kn”, and my village tag is #2YBLJ29Q. Even though I explained the situation in detail to in-game support, I see that Supercell has shown little interest, and I have also noticed that similar account and clan takeovers happen frequently.
I firmly believe this is a clear case of unjust seizure of someone else’s labor and effort. My request to Supercell is that the leadership of my Level 23 clan “Ular” (clan tag #YUY9JO) be returned to me, that the clan be restored to its previous state if possible, and that the account responsible (#LLRYL**, currently assigning leadership to another account) be thoroughly investigated and appropriate sanctions applied.
I ask that the years of effort I invested not be erased by a single fake link, and that a comprehensive review of my account and clan be conducted so that my grievance is resolved urgently.
