Facebook Disabled My Account Over a False and Defamatory Accusation

My personal Facebook account, which I have actively used for many years, was suddenly disabled last week without any prior warning, based on an unjust and deeply humiliating accusation. While there is a strong possibility that my account may have been compromised by hackers, it was shut down using an extremely serious and reputation-damaging allegation involving children as the stated reason. I categorically deny this accusation. Even being associated with such a claim is profoundly offensive and damaging to human dignity.

I have used this account for nearly 20 years, storing important moments of my life, photos with friends, and countless personal memories. I am a respected and experienced educator, and I strongly protest this false association, which directly harms both my personal and professional reputation.

Despite this, I currently have no access to my account, and I cannot even reach the appeal form. Facebook’s objection and appeal process is extremely complex and discouraging, leaving users without a clear channel to defend themselves. I am unable to submit any form of defense or explanation.

I do not accept that my account was shut down based on such a severe accusation without any concrete investigation, without providing me any explanation, and without giving me the right to defend myself. I request that my account be reinstated, that all of my photos and data accumulated over nearly 20 years be fully restored, that Facebook issue a written apology for the baseless and degrading accusation that has harmed my personal and professional reputation, and that my claim for moral damages be reviewed.

Additionally, I request that this unjust and serious allegation be thoroughly investigated, that my account be retroactively examined for possible hacking, and that all of these issues be urgently corrected. I expect this violation of my dignity and professional standing to be remedied, and for this injustice against me to be formally acknowledged and corrected.
