Now, LG says they haven't made the back panel for the 2022-2023 models, and they want us to pay an extra 7 k TL because we didn't want to pay an extra 10,000 TL. Do they think we don't have enough money? You said that you would help us if we brought the item to you. We took a chance when we went to our building, which was badly damaged, and took the product with us. Now you're saying you can't change the part, right? Why can't you make the parts for the thing you guaranteed for two years? Why do you put on your goods "2 years of warranty and part support" if you can't make the parts? If the company can't make the part and has to change the product, they should give it to the customer for free. It's not fair to ask the customer for more money when the company made a mistake.
