LG home appliances and customer service have both disappointed me. My dishwasher recently experienced a simple pump failure, but the authorized LG service center in Bodrum has been dragging their feet for more than a week, making excuses and never returning my calls. Their employees' incompetence and rudeness are astounding - they don't even pick up the phone or give me an update on the repair status. They haven't fixed my dishwasher after waiting 10 days for a simple part to be delivered, and I am fed up with this horrible experience. I've lost faith in LG's ability to provide high-quality products and customer service. I'm selling all of my LG appliances and vowing never to buy from them again.
