LG Refused to Repair My Washer Dryer Due to Missing Parts

I am writing to you from Istanbul, Türkiye. My LG washing machine with dryer broke down. I called the authorized service and they took the macine to their service center. They called a few days later and said that the motherboard was broken. They said that it was not possible to repair this part, they did not have spare parts on their hands and could not provide it from anywhere. Since my machine is over 10 years old, they are not obligated to provide parts and they hide behind this excuse. Am I going to buy a machine every 10 years? What a stupid idea. I want my machine to be repaired or want my grievance to be resolved in another way. I don't want to throw away my machine because of this problem. What a shame if the huge LG company cannot supply a simple part. Thanks for reading and hope that my problem could be solved.
