PK XD Account Issue - Unfair Loyal Companions Added, Support Inaccessible

My PK XD account is linked to the Play Store, and I have been dealing with an issue for approximately four weeks. Some “loyal companions” were mistakenly and unfairly added to my account, and I have made serious efforts to have them reverted; however, I have been unable to properly report the issue because I cannot access the in-game Help and Support section. Since I could not access Help and Support, I tried contacting you via email, yet I have received no response for weeks. I then reset my account password and attempted to access the Help and Support section again, but I was still unable to do so. Today, I sent another email explaining that I cannot log into the Help and Support section, but in response I received a message stating something like “the email address sent from Google could not be found,” and I do not understand why this happened or why my message did not reach you properly. I request that the loyal companions unfairly and unjustly added to my account be restored, that a clear explanation be provided along with an apology for this process, and that the issue preventing my access to the in-game Help and Support section—as well as the reason behind the “email address not found” message—be investigated and resolved.
