I own a Samsung QE55Q80AATXTK TV and for the last 10 days it has been showing a serious panel problem. There is significant light bleeding at the bottom center of the screen and the TV consistently fails its own built‑in internal picture diagnostic test. Because of this, I requested service. However, the technician who came to my home charged a ₺1000 service fee without even opening the device or performing any physical inspection. Instead of carrying out a proper technical assessment, they simply stated that the screen must be replaced solely because the warranty period had expired, which I find completely baseless and unacceptable. I was effectively forced to pay ₺1000 for a “service visit” where no meaningful diagnostic work was done. I consider it unfair to both diagnose and price such a costly repair only on the basis of the expired warranty, especially when the product itself signals a panel fault through its internal test. I request that Samsung carry out a proper technical inspection of my TV, repair this fault free of charge, and refund or offset the unjust service fee taken for a visit where no real examination was performed. I also expect a clear and strong apology for the way this process was handled and for the lack of a thorough technical evaluation. I ask that my complaint be urgently reviewed and that I be informed in writing about the steps to be taken regarding free repair and the handling of the service fee.
