After a recent update, my laptop, which is still under warranty, lost its touchpad scrolling functionality. I sent it to the service center, and it was just returned to me. I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied. It's disheartening to see such carelessness and disregard for detail from a reputable company like Lenovo.
