Lenovo Laptop Hardware Issues and Unhelpful Service

I bought a Lenovo laptop with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD, but I noticed problems within the first week. The hinge area made noises, and closing the laptop properly was difficult. Furthermore, even when not in use, the battery would drain from 100% to sleep mode in 1-2 hours. In search of a solution, I took the laptop to the service center. I was told that the rapid battery drain was normal during my conversations with them in the morning and afternoon. They also stated that no charging or hardware issues existed. However, I made it clear that the issue was not one of charging or hardware, and they asked that I bring in the laptop again to start the process over. This is a frustrating situation, and I refuse to accept it. I'm not going to accept repairs on a brand-new device, especially when the service has been subpar. Please call 0533**43 0101.
