Lenovo Laptop Not Repaired Under Warranty


I bought a Lenovo laptop with the serial number PF2PR6F5 and model 82BH00A6TX. Even though my product has been under warranty for 2.5 months, they still haven't repaired and returned it. Unfortunately, the laptop suffered some damage to its leg and screen when it was being opened. They insist that it is a mistake made by the user. What could possibly motivate someone to harm their own device? I have serious doubts about their reliability.
