My Lenovo M2 electric scooter has been in and out of service five times in 1.5 years. It broke down for the sixth time. The shipping box got damaged just from sending it to the service center. It malfunctions on straight roads. The battery indicator flickers during level changes and shuts down abruptly even with three bars remaining. It's a defective product. While Lenovo might excel in computers and tablets, their scooters are abysmal. Collect your faulty products from the market. Other brands don't break down this often. It's a chronic battery issue. Don't bother calling us saying you can't help. A refund would actually suit you, so I'll pursue it, even if it means giving back the price from 1.5 years ago. I don't want a higher model or anything from your brand—I'll never use any of your products again.

The device came back from service. After traveling 3km, the same issues occurred again. While the battery indicator showed 3 bars, there were sounds similar to friction coming from the front wheel, and suddenly the charge drained completely. The people at the service center are not providing any information; they are saying to consult your lawyer for information. The folks at Lenovo are passing the buck to the service center. I want a refund, and I will take it at the current price. It might take years, but I will prevent vampires like you from exploiting citizens' rights. I will show people how to seek and claim their rights.

The process was completed, even though it took a bit longer because of me. I took it to the Consumer Court and won. Expert reviews, objections, procedures for enforcement, and so on... It all took 3 months. I was paid at the price from 2 years ago. The price of the new one was around 13,000 TL at the last sale, and I think it was withdrawn from the market. There is no new or superior model available. Since the difference wasn't much, I considered it as a ride and stopped dealing with it. Still, I do not forgive them for making me carry it to the cargo 7 times even in Adana's 50-degree heat. I leave everyone who knew but hid it and could have helped but didn't to God. The seller, the brand, the service, the cargo, the court, the courthouse employees... May those who do their job properly be blessed.
